LOOP CLUB is being developed as a $39 USD monthly digital membership for published patterns, included PDF instructions, available tutorials and member collections. Enrollment is not open. The current library contains six illustrative design concepts, not downloadable patterns, and browsing it is free.
02Is this a physical product?
No. The planned membership is digital. Yarn, hooks, finished garments and other physical supplies are not included.
03How do I download a pattern?
There are no pattern downloads yet. Once enrollment opens, included PDFs must be authorized through your signed-in membership before you can download. A preview or a free account does not grant paid access.
04Are the patterns suitable for beginners?
Use the Beginner Friendly filter to browse ideas intended for newer makers. The skill labels are provisional creative direction, not ratings of tested instructions. Final skills, sizing and techniques will be confirmed when each pattern is validated.
05Do I need to buy my own yarn?
Yes. You will supply your own yarn, hook and notions. Wait for a validated materials list before purchasing supplies for any of the concepts shown here.
06How does billing work?
No LOOP CLUB membership payments are being taken. The proposed price is $39 USD per month, recurring until cancellation. Before enrollment, the checkout must show the final amount, renewal date and cancellation terms. There is no free trial being offered.
07How do I cancel my subscription?
LOOP CLUB enrollment is closed, so there is no LOOP CLUB subscription to cancel. Existing Zone House store subscriptions can be managed from Account → Subscriptions. The final LOOP CLUB cancellation flow and paid-through access period must be confirmed before enrollment opens.
08Can I use a pattern to sell finished products?
Only when that specific published pattern license explicitly permits it. No commercial license is granted for these illustrative concepts. Pattern files, instructions and imagery may not be redistributed or resold.
09What happens to member-only downloads after cancellation?
The intended model is access through the paid-through date, with no new member downloads after that date. This is not operational yet. The final terms will state what happens to previously downloaded files and their licenses before any membership is sold.
10How can I contact support?
Use the Contact page to send a question to Zone House about LOOP CLUB. Do not include passwords or card details. If a purchase ever appears to be missing, include the order reference and the email used for that purchase.
